Information on your device
CekSaldo reads supported contactless cards locally on your iPhone. It stores the latest readable balance and transaction snapshot for each saved card, along with language, scan-feedback, balance-visibility and other app preferences. These card details are not uploaded during an ordinary balance scan. The app cannot recover records that the card has overwritten or does not provide.
Optional Community
If you join Community, Firebase anonymous authentication creates an app-specific identifier used for your Community profile. A joined profile can show your username, balance tier, latest successful scan date, current scan streak, founder number (when assigned) and Premium+ badge. You choose whether your latest balance and card issuer are public; your current streak is public while you are a member. Other app users can read public profile information. Leaving Community removes your profile from the active public feed. Copies or caches made by other users and retained service backups may persist.
If you submit or correct a shared location name, CekSaldo sends the issuer's location code and the name you entered to its Firebase project. This feature does not send GPS coordinates. Published shared location names may remain available after you leave Community.
Analytics and diagnostics
CekSaldo uses Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, Performance Monitoring and Remote Config for app usage measurement, crash diagnosis, performance measurement and feature configuration. App events are designed to exclude card numbers, NFC identifiers, balances, transaction details, usernames and Firebase user identifiers. Google Firebase may process app-instance, device, app-version, crash and performance information under Google's applicable terms and privacy documentation.
Premium+ and payments
CekSaldo uses RevenueCat to display App Store products and check whether an Apple purchase grants Premium+ access. RevenueCat receives purchase and subscription information and an app-specific purchase identifier. Apple processes payment details; CekSaldo does not receive your full payment-card number. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings, and use Restore Purchases in CekSaldo to check eligible purchases.
Premium+ access may also be granted to an app identifier included in a Firebase Remote Config allowlist. This list is delivered to the app and is not a security boundary.
Support reports and sharing
A standard support draft is prepared only after you open the support flow and choose a channel. It can include your device model, operating-system version, app version/build, language/region and the subscription status available to the app. You decide whether to send the draft through Telegram or WhatsApp.
A separate failed-scan report may include card identifiers or raw NFC responses. The app explains this before you choose a channel. CekSaldo does not send the report automatically, and its contents are excluded from analytics.
Service providers and retention
Apple provides App Store distribution and payment processing; RevenueCat provides purchase-entitlement services; Google Firebase provides the services described above. Card history stays on your device until you remove app data or uninstall CekSaldo. Community data is used while needed to provide Community and is removed from the active public profile when you leave, subject to backup, security, legal and operational retention. Shared location mappings may be retained so the lookup remains useful.
Your choices and privacy requests
You can scan cards without joining Community or purchasing Premium+. In Community, choose whether your balance and issuer are public, or leave Community to remove your active public profile. You can change local preferences or remove local app data through your device. Apple subscription management is available in your Apple Account settings. For a privacy question or request, open CekSaldo Settings and use the support options; you choose whether to send the prepared message.

CekSaldo membaca kartu nirkontak yang didukung secara lokal di iPhone. Komunitas opsional
